At Shades, our goal is to be a people that make disciples (followers) of Jesus, who make disciples for the rest of their lives. God has created us to intentionally live life together; as we do this we both display and experience His grace. We invest our lives in each other.
The Single Adult Ministry welcomes you! We are a vibrant, dynamic family of single adults who believe God has a place for everyone in the church, and everyone's place is important. That means we have a place for you! The Single Adult Ministry wants to encourage and challenge you in your spiritual development. It doesn't matter if you are a single adult, single parent or single again, we want to get to know you and help you experience the abundant single life. Life is not meant to be lived alone. Join us as we learn how to apply biblical teaching to our everyday lives, serve the world around us, and come together in a safe community to have fun and celebrate this season of life.
We want to help couples see that marriage is about more than just friendship and romance; marriage is about making disciples. We want to equip you to redeem one of the most ordinary arenas in life: your home.
The core of this ministry area is weekly Sunday School, Bible study, and special events that provide a place where adults can discover God's plan for their life, work, family, and marriage.
