Neil Byrd
Director of Campus Operations
Neil works at the pleasure of the Minister of Administration and leads the Campus Operations Group (COG) which consists of our Readiness, Maintenance, and Contingency Teams. The COG works to help minimize distractions to the Live Sent mission and the worship atmosphere at Shades’ campus. Neil and Freda became Shades members sometime between touch-tone service and bag phones. They have two sons, a new daughter, and three grandchildren.
