Chad Cossiboom
Executive Pastor
Chad leads day-to-day operations at Shades as Executive Pastor. He works with Pastor George to set and execute the vision and mission of Shades while leading out in pastoral care and preaching as part of our teaching team. Chad's served at Shades since 2005 as College Minister, Associate Pastor, and Executive Pastor. Chad and his wife, Holly, have four kids: Abby, Noah, Jude, and Micah.
