The Shades Library's goal is to provide resources and information to the church family and to the community. It strives to provide a variety of materials that teach, strengthen, inspire, encourage, entertain, and further the cause of Jesus Christ. Our holdings may be viewed on our Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC).
The Library is located on the Fourth Floor Concourse, just outside the crossover to the Worship Center and is operated by a director and staff of volunteers.
With the exception of special events or changes to normal operating hours and schedule of Shades activities, the Library is open on Sundays, as follows:
SUNDAY
- 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM
- 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM
- 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM
TUESDAY - THURSDAY
- 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Items may be returned anytime the church is open. If the library is closed, there is a return drawer just left of the library door. There is also a freestanding return box on the second floor of the Worship Center, to the left of the aquarium.
