CHURCH ADOPTION UPDATE |
In recent weeks, you have heard us discussing a new relationship with McElwain Baptist Church. This past Sunday evening, McElwain’s church body held a meeting to discuss this decision, and they resoundingly voted in favor of moving forward! It’s great affirmation of the Lord’s faithfulness to each of our church families, and we are excited about the possibilities. This Sunday night, is a church business meeting here at Shades to discuss next steps, answer questions, and hold a vote. It’ll be at 6 p.m. in the Worship Center and online. Be on the lookout for an email tomorrow with more information, then join us either in-person or online this Sunday night at 6:00! |

BETTER TOGETHER |
Our first Sunday with an expanded Sunday morning schedule was a huge success! We’re so grateful for those of you who chose to join us back in-person, and we applaud the continued engagement from those of you worshipping at home. VOLUNTEER |
First Corinthians tells us we’re the body of Christ and individually members of it — we all have a role to play in the local church. Sunday mornings at Shades definitely cannot happen without you. If you’re interested in volunteering, pray about serving with our preschool ministry.
